Delete your account

Requesting deletion permanently removes your MediSoldier account and the personal data associated with it — your profile, saved delivery addresses, uploaded prescriptions and insurance or medical documents.

Some records may be retained where the law requires it (for example, order and payment records needed for tax, accounting or pharmacy-dispensing compliance), for the minimum period mandated, after which they are deleted. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
