MediSoldier
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and MediSoldier ("MediSoldier", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, WhatsApp service and related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Please note: this document is a general template provided for transparency and is not legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
2. Who we are and what we do
MediSoldier is an India-based online pharmacy and medicine-delivery platform. Through our app and WhatsApp, you can order prescription (Rx) and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and health products. Where possible, we suggest affordable generic substitutes with the same composition. Orders are dispensed and delivered by licensed partner pharmacies to your serviceable pincode.
MediSoldier acts as a technology platform and facilitator that connects you with licensed partner pharmacies. Medicines are dispensed by these pharmacies in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules made thereunder.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Medicines ordered through the Service must be for personal use or the use of members of your household for whom you are authorised to act.
4. Your account and OTP login
Access to the Service uses a phone-number based login secured with a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your phone number, device and OTP secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Provide a valid mobile number that you control and keep your details up to date.
- Do not share your OTP with anyone; MediSoldier will never ask for it outside the login flow.
- Notify us promptly at support@medisoldier.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our account deletion page.
5. Prescriptions and regulated medicines
Many medicines in India, including Schedule H, Schedule H1 and Schedule X drugs, may be sold only against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. By ordering such medicines you agree that:
- You will upload or provide a clear, valid and current prescription for every prescription (Rx) medicine you order.
- The prescription is genuine, issued to you (or the patient on whose behalf you are ordering) by a registered medical practitioner, and has not been altered.
- The dispensing pharmacist may verify, and is required to verify, your prescription before an order is fulfilled, and may contact you or the prescribing doctor for clarification.
- MediSoldier and the partner pharmacy reserve the right to refuse, cancel, reduce the quantity of, or hold any order where the prescription is missing, invalid, expired, illegible, suspected to be fraudulent, or where dispensing would be unlawful or unsafe. Any amount paid for a refused or cancelled Rx order will be refunded in accordance with our Return Policy.
6. Generic substitutes
Where a suitable, more affordable generic alternative is available, we may suggest a generic substitute that has the same active composition, strength and dosage form as the medicine you requested. Substitution is always optional and offered for your benefit.
- We will present the suggested substitute and its price before you pay, and no substitution is made without your approval.
- Any savings figures shown are illustrative estimates based on then-current pricing and may vary by brand, batch, pincode and availability.
- If you have any concern about switching to a generic, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before approving the substitution.
7. Pricing, orders and delivery
Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change based on brand, pack size, availability and your delivery location. All orders are subject to confirmation, prescription verification (where applicable) and stock availability.
- Delivery is available only to serviceable pincodes. We will indicate whether your pincode is serviceable during checkout.
- Delivery timelines shown are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by prescription verification, stock, courier availability, weather and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when the order is accepted and confirmed by the partner pharmacy.
8. Payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and policies in addition to these Terms. MediSoldier does not store your full card or banking credentials.
We are not responsible for delays, errors or failures caused by the payment gateway, your bank or your payment provider. If an amount is debited but your order is not confirmed, the amount will be reversed or refunded in accordance with the gateway's and our applicable policies.
9. Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by the partner pharmacy. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation may not be possible. For reasons of safety and regulation, certain medicines cannot be returned once they leave the pharmacy.
Eligibility for cancellations, returns and refunds, and the timelines involved, are set out in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Your responsibilities and prohibited use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Provide false, misleading, forged or expired prescriptions or identity information.
- Order medicines for unlawful purposes, resale, or in quantities inconsistent with a valid prescription.
- Attempt to abuse, misuse, hoard or divert prescription or scheduled medicines.
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Impersonate any person, or use another person's account, phone number or payment details without authority.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful or that violates the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
11. Medical disclaimer
The Service, including any information, substitution suggestions or savings estimates provided, is for general informational and convenience purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your doctor, pharmacist or other qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition or medication. 13. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MediSoldier does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, MediSoldier and its partner pharmacies, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediSoldier and its partner pharmacies from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business or the law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at our registered place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
